Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AgentRanks. This policy explains our refund practices.

Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing. No refund applies.

Founding Plan (Paid)

The Founding Plan is billed monthly at the price shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Billing page in your dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the period ends.

Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the Support page within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Stripe handles all payment refunds.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
