Welcome to AgentRanks (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

AgentRanks scans your website, extracts business facts, generates AI-readable content, and publishes it to help AI agents understand your business. The Service does not guarantee rankings, indexing, or citations by any AI system or search engine.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

3. Plans and Billing

Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, host, and publish your content as directed. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

5. AI Limitations

AgentRanks uses AI (LLMs) to extract and generate content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated facts and content before publishing. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to publish harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
